We currently seek an addition to our Administrative team for a warehouse-based position in our Yakima headquarters.  The Warehouse Administrator performs a vital role in payroll, training, compliance, and data collection for our Wiley City cold storage.  This is an hourly full-time position requiring occasional weekend work during peak seasons.  Work hours may also vary depending on the time of the year.

Job Responsibilities

  • New hire paperwork- employee orientation/training
  • Manage electronic timekeeping: employee setup and maintenance, scheduling, and time entry review and reconciliation
  • Distribute paychecks
  • Complete Sick Pay request
  • Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries from warehouse employees


  • English/Spanish bilingual required (verbal & written)
  • Strong computer skills, including Office suite
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Regular, dependable attendance with punctuality
